Small Diameter Effeciency and High Output
Small Diameter Solvent Weld Bellers are engineered to produce quality bells with minimal operator interaction. ConvectAir Air Heaters on very small Bellers, or Multiple Radiant Heat Stations on slightly larger Bellers, heat pipe to build the desired heat profile in the pipe. A smooth transfer system then lifts and conveys pipe without dropping for excellent bell length control. Multiple configurations are avaliable to fit within your facilities, and even higher productivity options are made available by choosing Dual Bellers or Double-Ended Belling.

Medium Diameter Solvent Weld Bellers are engineered to provide high productivity on 1" through 16" products with minimal operator interaction. Multiple Radiant Heat Stations come standardly with the Bellers, however some models have the optional Spectrum Heaters upgrade that can be purchased to monitor the actual surface temperature on the O.D. of the pipe during the heating process. Options are available to create Spigot Reference Marks, or chamfer either the I.D. of the pipe, or Bevel the O.D. of the pipe. Multiple configurations are avaliable to fit within your facilities, and even higher productivity options are made available by choosing Dual Bellers or Double-Ended Belling on some models.

Effective Solution
Our Smaller Diameter Gasket Bellers are engineered to produce quality bells with minimal operator interaction. A large inventory of gaskets (61-87 on K4, 55-73 on K62, and 50-70 on both K82s) along with a smart Pick-and-Place robot allows consistent gasket picking and loading. Light Curtain protected safety zone allows operators to safely load more gaskets into magazine while machine continues in AUTO. Lubrication to the gasket is applied directly before loading onto the bell tool, assuring easy and consistent loading every time.

The New Generation Bellers (612NG, 618NG, and 624NG) offer Pick and Place Transfer Systems that move the pipe safely from station to station.
