Our Lift and Rotators provide solutions for your every day packaging needs, offer you flexibility, and allow for less operator intervention at the end of the
PVC production process.

Air-Powered Lift and Rotator

Small diameter packaging solution
Air-Powered Lift and Rotators lift pipe to a designated height by use of a air cylinder in a cantilever motion, then rotate the pipe end for end to alternate the belled ends of the pipe for packaging purposes. Operation is completely automatic, and also includes a "Transfer Only" feature for moving pipes through the system without rotation. For Double Bellers producing two pipes per cycle, Rotators are available that lift two pipes at a time to keep up with line rates.
A well built Air Lift & Rotator quickly lifts the PVC Pipe in a cantilever motion approximately 66 inches high, and then rotates 180° to alternate the direction of the bell for packaging as needed.

Hydraulic-Powered Lift and Rotators lift pipe to a designated height by use of a hydraulic cylinder with double scissor lift in a straight upward motion, then rotate the pipe end for end to alternate the belled ends of the pipe for packaging purposes. Operation is completely automatic if purchased with PLC control, or can be integrated into an existing machine as needed.
A well designed Hydraulic Lift & Rotator lifts the PVC Pipe approximately 7 feet high, and then rotates 180° to alternate the direction of the bell for packaging as needed.
