PEM has solutions for your Pipe Stacking needs. We offer two different versions of Stacking Systems. Our Medium Diameter Stacking System is designed to automatically stack 4" through 15" pipe sizes onto a Packaging Table that raises and lowers to accept the full rows of pipe. Our Larger Diameter Stacking System operates similar to the Medium Diameter, however it is engineered for
the hearvier 8" through 24"
pipe products.

Medium Diameter Stacking System
Smaller and Quicker
Medium diameter packaging, less operator intervention
PEM has a Medium Diameter Stacking System which is designed to automatically stack 4" through 15" pipe sizes onto a Packaging Table. Every other joint of pipe is raised, then rotated to alternate the bell direction, to create the packing configuration that is needed in the recipe. After a full row pipe has been completed, it is transported to the Pallet Lift Table and deposited. The Pallet Lift Table raises and lowers to accept the full rows of pipe. Once the full bundle is complete, the Pallet Lift Table travels down to the ground position, where the operator can safely band the product, and remove the completed bundle from the Table.
4" - 15" Pipe Stacking System accomodates pipe lengths of 10', 14', 20' and 22' and completes full layers of pipe that are moved to the Pallet Lift Table per your packaging requirements.
Large Diameter Stacking System
Stacking for Large Pipes
Larger diameter stacking, less operator intervention
PEM has a Large Diameter Stacking System which is designed to automatically stack 8" through 24" pipe sizes onto a Bundling Table. Every other joint of pipe is raised, then rotated to alternate the bell direction, to create the packing configuration that is needed in the recipe. After a full row pipe has been completed, it is transported to the Bundling Table by use of Telescopic Arms. Once the full bundle of pipe is complete (or a strap is requested from the recipe), the Bundling Table travels forward to create a space where the operator can safely walk behind the full bundle of pipe, and manually strap as needed.
8" - 24" Pipe Stacking System accomodates pipe lengths of 14', 20' and 22' and completes full layers of pipe that are moved to the Pallet Lift Table per your packaging requirements.
