For larger pipe sizes, PEM offers Cart Systems to transport the pipe downstream as needed from Bellers, Hydrotesters, and Stacking Systems.

Aftercoolers
Cool It Down
Designed to provide additional cooling in the process
For additional cooling on the Belled End of the pipe, PEM offers an Aftercooler that encloses the pipe and sprays cold water on both the Inner and Outer surfaces of the Bell to decrease cycle times.

Our Aftercoolers sit in the exit station of our belling machines and are designed to cool belled PVC pipe in a wide range of sizes ranging from 4 to 60 inches.
