SIDING EQUPMENT - BOXING TABLES

BoxTable1.jpg (59955 bytes)The Model 155 Series Boxing Tables were designed specifically for the siding industry to substantially reduce the labor in boxing of both siding and accessories. These machines operate on the extrusion line eliminating the additional handling normally involved in packaging the product for shipment. One operator can easily package the product, seal the container and place it on the shipping pallet while keeping up with the extrusion line. This machine can be ordered for either right or left hand operation and dual models are available.
Call PEM today for any of your on line packaging needs.

BoxTable2.jpg (332442 bytes)The product flows from the extrusion line on to the boxing table. When the full length peice is on the table it trips the position switch and is automaticlly cleared from the line and placed in the staging area. The stacked product is then place into the box which is held in shape in the box forming area. When the box is filled the machine then holds the box in shape for final sealing of the ends. The lid closing arm then closes the lid holding it in place for final sealing. The roller positioner can then be raised or lowered to the correct height for unloading onto the shipping pallet.
These machines operate on 115 volts 15 ampere circuit and require a minimum 3/8 diameter air line at 80 P.S.I.

Dual Boxing Table

Dual boxing tables are more the standard of the industry than single sided units. This is due to the extremely high output rates of today’s siding manufacturers. These tables will ease the very heavy work load of the packers on the end of the siding line today.
Custom tables for extra long (16’ and 20’) siding are available, along with various levels of automation
