PIPE EQUIPMENT - VACUUM COOLING TANKS

Plastics Extrusion Machinery, Inc. believes that Vacuum Sizing Tanks should be made specifically to meet the requirements of each customer. Our engineers work with you to insure that each tank will produce your unique product and still be versatile enough to meet future needs.  Our Vacuum Sizing Tanks are designed to perform in either spray, flood, or both modes allowing you to choose which method is best for your specific product. Each chamber can be independently designated for either spray or flood mode. Our spray systems work very well for quick, controlled cooling of most profiles, and all pipe and tubing lines.  Whether you need high vacuum or low, the self sealing gaskets and rigid stainless steel lids will maintain your settings. Easy to adjust vacuum control valves are incorporated into each chamber for accurate vacuum control and a master vacuum control valve regulates the entire system.  All water and vacuum pumps are matched to each chamber's design, function, and size.  Capacities up to 60" diameter pipe.  Vacuum tanks larger than 12” pipe capacities generally have catwalks, and are available with stainless steel framework construction if desired.
