COILERS
| PEM’s family of coilers and winders is quite extensive. Most coilers
are custom made to customer specifications for specific jobs. The size range of the
machines, along with the products being processed is quite large. The coilers have been made with multiple size spools or reels to coil PE pipe in sizes ranging from ½" to 4". Larger units have been manufactured to coil "Fold and Form Pipe" made from PVC in 6" to 18" pipe sizes. In addition to the spool and reel units, coilers have been manufactured in "finger" and "cardboard spool" types for everything from pipe to flexible profiles. Some of the options available include: Level Wind Control, A.C. Vector motors and drives, Single or Dual coiling heads, Automatic cutoff and coil feeding, Plastic wrap systems, Pneumatic coil stripping, multiple operator stations, and microprocessor control. |
